Our client required replacing an old house with a new one, respecting the appearance of the original house and its location in the centre of a small village.
The house is fully new, partially cellared and consists of two independent flats, on one floor each. The house divides the garden into two separate parts, creating thus two garden terraces connecting through big glass walls to the interior and shaping the ground floor. Inside, the house has been furbished in a "retro" style in each detail by the client.
