Single-family house with a Belgian spirit |
A single-family house designed for a family of five is located in an area which has been newly plotted out and where sloping roof is prescribed. We designed a house of a simple rectangular shape with an additional block of a garage for two cars with brick veneer and another one of a glass-walled dining room. The main part of the house is provided with a saddle roof with the minimal allowed slope and noticable projection, the additional blocks are covered with flat titaniumzinc roof. The external skin combines white plaster, glass walls and Belgian brick veneer. Studio's part:
