Single-family house Prague - Květnice |
The house is located in an area with newly built houses in the outskirts of Prague. The slope of the roof has been determined by local authorities. The inner layout of the house consists of an open space on the ground floor, which can be divided by sliding walls according to needs, and a quiet first floor with bedrooms and a study. The ground floor is extended by a swimming pool with an access to the terrace and to the garden. The house has been designed as low-energy house and uses a geothermal heat pump. Studio's part:
